Also June 9, 1972, this document was written stating that recently the VVAW supplied NVN with details about our military plans and capabilities, as provided by active duty soldiers. Have we figured out who delivered the information? It would be interesting if it coincided with a Paris trip by kerry.

Please keep in mind that they were alos meeting with Soviet KGB agents here in the United States of America. An FBI document dated, October 28, 1971. The same multi-page document also lists Kerry as a national leader, so the meeting with KGB happened while Kerry was a national leader.

So they didn't need to go all the way to Paris.
