Give me some input here,Tonk. Kerry was a commissioned officer. If he was up on charges for his actions and associations with the VVAW and the Lao Dong party reps, what's JAG's procedure? Do they court martial him as an officer or revoke his commission and try him as an E-nothing?

If Kerry got a break under Carter's EO dispensation for draft dodgers and protesters, it seems to me to have only been a delaying tactic. There's the 2001 date for his honorable discharge ( or whatever it was) that raises the red flag. I think Clinton gave the sob a pardon and wiped the slate.

30 years ago you all took an oath to protect our nation and our constitution and then did so bravely. Today you have shown the country and the world that you kept that oath above and beyond your call and have continued to protect us and our constitution again.
You are all American heroes, then and now.
