Here is a
link to an interesting entry in the Texas Tech archives. It was a proposed symposium in 1968 at Chapel Hill, N.C. John Kerry was going to be one of three speakers covering "The Peace Movement". The other two speakers were:
Dagmar Wilson:
While G.I.s and Marines were dieing in the rice paddys of South Viet Nam, Noam Chomsky and 8 others went to Hanoi and spoke against the People of the United States and the unpopular Viet Nam War. The rest of the group were Jane Fonda, Stokely Carmichael, Dagmar Wilson, Rennie Davis, Eldridge Cleaver, David Ifshin, Pete Seeger, Tom Hayden.
and Cora Weiss:
Cora's associate during the Vietnam conflict was no other than Wilford G. Burchett, a man recruited by the Soviets as an agent in 1934 and who during the Korean war aided in the North Koreans and Red Chinese in the interrogation of American, British and Australian POWs who on occasion was known to brutalize. During Vietnam where he was an advisor to Ho Chi Minh and also had access to American POWs in North Vietnam.
