Ok Dumbass, What do you think would happen to our economy if we inspected even 90% of all containers coming into our ports..answer: crash our economy..as a matter of fact it would probably crash the world economy which is tied to us.

Kerry your are dumbass, but worse, your a lying dumbass, which makes you worse.

We do need to develop tech. that will scan all cargo as it comes off the ship in a way that doesn't slow down the port completely..

And another thing goofball, thanks for reminding the terrorist everyday about all of our weaknesses, you self-involved prick. If something does happen you should be shot.

this means scan the manifests...not the contents.

We use intelligence to review information on 100 % of cargo entering our ports

I undersand what this article is saying, but it still doesn't make the case against Kerry's 95% not inspected accusation.
If anything, it probably allows a case for a claim of 60% not secure.

Not necessarily. Depends how one chose to conduct the inspections. 100% container inspection is possible w/o delaying container pass thru rates. A question to be addressed is "what good would it do to do that at the port?"

Kerry your are dumbass, but worse, your a lying dumbass, which makes you worse.
Hard to argue that point.

We do need to develop tech. that will scan all cargo as it comes off the ship in a way that doesn't slow down the port completely..
We have the technology, has been around for years. It can be deployed so as to INCREASE the flow of containers. The question is not so much IF we should inspect, but WHERE do we inspect. detecting a nuke as it exits a ship in port might be a little late.

And another thing goofball, thanks for reminding the terrorist everyday about all of our weaknesses, you self-involved prick. If something does happen you should be shot.
Bingo. That is why no one in the administration is free to rebut the butt.

And the FDA inspects only about 2% of all imported food. What else can kerry bitch about that he hasn't tried to fix in the last 20 years.

While 2% sounds way too low, there is a point of diminishing returns
