I have no doubts that they would kill conservatives under certain circumstances. Ted Rall has said that he is for private gun ownership so he will be armed when the revolution comes. He'd like to see CEOs lynched from street lamps (but he doesn't think that will become reality).

Here is a quote from a music forum that has a subsection for political rants (to keep it out of the other forums). Another crackpot "theory" to explain where conservativism comes from:

I hear ya. As much as it would make me chuckle, I know that it would be wrong to throw Bush/Cheney supporters into an insane asylum, pump them full of meds, give them electroshock therapy, etc. Well, I'm pretty sure it would be wrong.

That's because these clowns have perfected the art of philosophical masturbation. Clarity of thought isn't one of their attributes, and maybe Mom was right about the going blind part... Re: Lenin, Stalin, Tojo, Hitler, Tito, Castro, Pol Pot, Hussein, et al. These academics worldview depends on an intellectually laughable bias and selectivity that is appalling. There isn't a nickle's worth of difference between totalitarian thugs - dead is dead. Freedom, rule of law, private property and a written constitution is the best and only defense against these chuckle-heads. The names change but little else.
