As I was standing there when the president was trying to take care of Sarah, I had a huge lump in my throat. Here's the President of the United States of America, very busy in the last days of the campaign, and thousands of people want his attention, but for a few moments, he blocked out everything he was doing because he saw someone who was hurting and in need and gave his full attention to that situation. Wow is all I can say as this is how I see this man, The President of the United States.
Can you imagine a story like this about JFnK?

Nice story. The people who have encountered F'n usually seem to have had an opposite experience.

With all the amazing stories about Bush, it has made me both peaceful and angry. The man I am proud to call President is one of the most blessed human beings in America, yet the Angry Left continues to bash him like he's an evil monster.

Thank you for posting this story. It's very personal and touchy. I read it to my husband, and we both felt warm in our hearts.
We love George W. Bush.
By the way, we went to vote for the president today. My husband and I proudly wore the Bush/Cheney 04 stickers on our chests under the stickers that said "I Voted".

Joe, this needs a mega-ping to the Florida list
Mom, Tonk, Michael - I know you have big ping lists. This is a human interest story that encapsulates what a kind and caring man we have for a President. Please forward to your lists.
Summer, Jeb gets an honorable mention too.
I thought I saw some disturbance in the handshaking line. McMuffin, you were close ... can you amplify?

The President is a Good man.
So is Jeb.
I'm happy to hear this woman was alright due to the needed attention being summoned in time. :-)

With Kerry, as soon as he asked the question, he would have ordered the Secret Service to bring water, make the comment, " Boy is it hot today ", and downed the water.

Goosebumps. President Bush IS a good man, and a stud muffin to boot.
Kerry's reaction would have been to call over the photographers FIRST, and then ask her if she was ok.

Great story, but I'm not at all surprised. The Bush's are a class act; truly good people. Anyone with a brain can see that.
Too bad there are so many brainless around, eh??
