anybody notice Bill Clintons speech problems at the rally, subtle but mild slurring and articulation problems. Wonder if he has had a small stroke.
Or .. possibly a little heavily sedated because of the surgery. When they cut you open .. it's like getting beat up .. all your muscles in your chest are very tender for months.
