Once again, thank you, HOwlin'!
Well we can rack up eight Bush votes as of last night in my family - three of whom are registered Dems! Two more of them are voting for Bush on Tuesday, bringing our total to ten. One of the eight has never, ever voted because she didn't want to "get called for jury duty" and she is 53 years old! Wow!
Of these the Dems are / have voted on national security as their number one item. What was shocking is that they volunteered the information in an off hand way that they were voting for the President because he's kept us safe; that said, they go on to rant about his other policies.
As an observation I might add, that I think we will see more votes for President Bush here in CA then others may think. Remember we were told that there would (1) never be a recall as polls showed no one wanted it (2) that it would be Bustamante who would replace Davis.
