Unfortunately, I believe Kerry's backup plan for Florida and Ohio is to steal them. A small army of lawyers, provisional ballots, massive voter fraud and so forth appear to be the Democrats' insurance policies. The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned the rulings by Clinton appointed judges forcing Ohio and Michigan to use provisional ballots.

Great news. I heard this on Fox this morning. This should prevent quite a bit of Rat fraud in those states.

I thought it was that provisional ballots in OH--and last week for FL--could not be used in districts other than the one in which the voter resided. That in itself is a major victory. I had not heard about Michigan. Good news.
