The problem with coming out with anything regarding war one week before a campaign only screams politicizing "October Surprise", so unless this gets any traction, I guess we won't be having an intelligent debate on the lies of the Left and WMDs.
I wish this would have come out after the first debate, but then again, Kerry doesn't want Americans to know this truth.

Actually, they have probably been saving this to use right now.........it's the last card they have to play in the deck before they try the "slash and burn the vote" campaign after Nov.2. Problem with this argument is that Kerry can't sell himself as an "I'll keep you safe" kind of guy. Too much nuiance = no safety for anyone.
