Not if this sleaze becomes the new Mad Albright, his former boss in the Klintoon Administration. When this picture was taken (around March 1998), the State Department still grudgingly recognized KLA as a "terrorist organization." Was this not a hint to some other terrorist organizations whose side was who on?
