its an obvious attempt by the Slimes to make the President look bad but the unintentional result will be to reaffirm that Iraq was a danger, terrorists were there and could access explosives, and that there continues to be a danger. The last one may be the key, one of the problems Bush has been having is that the country does not fear terrorism at the moment, this article may remind people they should which will help the President.

I agree. I read the story and don't feel it will hurt a bit. In fact, it scared and concerned me about who has this material. If it scared me, it will scare others and if so, it will help Bush. The only thing I can think of because it is so, well, not Bush-bashing enough, it may be a preluded to a worse story later in the week. Maybe they find the material on Bush's ranch?

Your observations are completely accurate: this was an attempt to make President Bush look bad, but it unintentionally underscores why we needed to take down Iraq as one of the members of the "Axis of Evil".
