350 tons? Right. If they indeed have it they've only used a few pounds. Sounds like a dump truck full could level several city blocks. I haven't heard of any MOAB sized explosions by the terrorists.
IMHO the explosives that have been stolen won't show up in some huge explosion. But that much explosives will however make a LOT of I.E.D.'s.
