NYT DEVELOPING EXCLUSIVE FRONT PAGE STORY ON TERRORISTS AND EXPLOSIVES. EDITOR HAS SET LEAD POSITION FOR STORY, NEWSROOM SOURCES TELL DRUDGE... DEVELOPING...
Newbie!!! Troll!!!
Believe me, if anyone used DMX in substantial amounts on a target you won't be getting "100 deaths".
It's in Syria, probably. Or Iran.
Gotcha...thk
Well, I'll bet you just fancy yourself to be real cute.
Putz
Please....do we look like dumocraps?
Oh well. I don't think this will get much traction outside the Times. It will hit the news for Monday and Tuesday and then drop from the screen.
What's funny is that all this tonnage of high explosives was crap Saddam wasn't supposed to have.
The Moderator is right this is being toyed with at the scumbag underground.
I can be vouched for here at the Free Republic.

14. Now that IS funny. They are eating their own. Anyone who dares
to post a "this may be a problem" message is shouted down for being a troll. They're begging the mods to shut down the thread. They are in total denial. And their world is getting smaller and smaller, as if that was possible.
Well, John the Baptist after torturing a thief, Looks up at his hero the Commander-in-Chief, Saying, "Tell me great hero, but please make it brief Is there a hole for me to get sick in? The Commander-in-Chief answers him while chasing a fly, Saying, "Death to all those who would whimper and cry", And dropping a bar bell he points to the sky, Saying, "The sun's not yellow it's chicken"" - Dylan, "Tombstone Blues"
I just read the NYT article and fell asleep half way throgh it. I am confident that half the people who read it will not understand a word of it and the other half won't give a poop! Sweet dreams eveybody!
Thanks for the information - I guess I did "out" myself as a "newbie" - I have been here only a few weeks and I didn't know about that feature -- really thanks!
Re: that particular post - yeah, I did feel that way when I read the article, but I spoke too soon because after I started reading some of the other posts, I felt better. My mistake was posting too soon, but I don't think that was a reason to be insulted throughout this thread, by some. I am not saying you. I have been on threads with you before and I have always appreciated what you've had to say.
I just don't understand why being new to the website automatically seems to discount any opinion one might have.
of course it is, I am not saying otherwise.
I am only talking about the spin here - how they make this a story. the "100 deaths" comment was simply an example of the level of attack needed to drive a big story that would get people's attention.
Does this mean the NYT has figured out that terrorists use explosives to blow stuff up?
My apologies, I have not had the time to read all the posts, but I swear I just heard Drudge claim he believes the "Buhies" are actually behind this NYT story in order to put the focus back on the GWOT. Am I mistaken?
I've been in a few cat fights myself..it is a cat fight. The tension is visible in the words. The back and forth repartee is very obvious.
I know. Read my post # 490!
Syria
Well, thanks and I'm glad you have a different perspective after reading other points and posts on the subject.
Sorry to jump on you if you've been well trampled already.
this story is so old, are you kidding me?
where were the Democrats when this story broke in April May 2003???
Well, the actual story in the Times is one big boring piece that isn't really that bad.
Yeah, the explosives are missing, but that is about all it says...does not really definitively link them to the attacks or anything. Not really very big.
The Washington Post endoresed Kerry and now it looks like the Washington Post is planning a hit piece, too... ABU GRAIB Diary... coming straight and fast now.
