I've read this entire thread and haven't found a link to any story. What gives? ;-)Here is a link on the Nelson Report about missing explosives in Iraq, the link was posted in another FR thread:
http://www.talkingpointsmemo.com/archives/week_2004_10_24.php#003777
I saw the Nelson Report article (I thought it was the complete article) somewhere else on the net today, very interesting, but didn't realize the NYT would blow this up as big news, but being an election and all it figures...
I didn't keep my history, and can't find a link to the article I thought had the full story...I go to too many places I guess!

Okay, next time I'll put those cute little emoticons after my posts, so you won't have to worry about me hurting myself with the toe nail clippers between posts.

I don't think this is the "surprise" we all heard about. Hughhewitt.com, Redstate.org, and others believe it has to do with something about Kerry's foreign policy. Here is what I've found out (if not already listed somewhere).

Cryptic Alert
Speaking of "lies," keep an eye on the front page of the Washington Times this coming Monday.
UPDATE: It's something that the Kerry campaign will be forced to address regarding a previous criticism of Bush's foreign policy. That's all.
UPDATE: Redstate is my source for the fact that the WaTimes is running with the story, though not the story itself. More detail when the story breaks.
Or it could be the Kerry contributions from the KLA. But nothing that the NYT would print. This story about the explosives is old news, just recycled.

I agree - I remember seeing some polls showing that a large percentage of people think the media, New York Times, is biased to Kerry. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out. They have no credibiity anymore!

LOL! Actually, it's a college bar.

My fear is that it may have been ignored up until now due to timing rather than importance. I would not put it past the media to hold onto something like this until it will do the maximum political damage.
To: aft_lizard
The way I read that story it's a hit piece on the President and Rummy.

Calling Dukes of Hazzard crap... this means WAR! :D

It was part of the "Baby Milk Factory". This "IAEA" "storage" place was toast long before any foot soldiers even reached Baghdad. http://www.fas.org/irp/gulf/intel/961031/0901pgv_91.txt
