Isnt impersonating a judge a crime? Not if you're a liberal, it's how does he make you feel....

Good news. I hope this judge is replaced with someone who follows the law and can tell the difference between right and wrong.

Perhaps the powers that be in Florida (The state AG, the Governor, etc) could be informed of this and have Greer enjoined from making any judicial decision, retroactively, of course.

Oh, Lord God, let this evil man be replaced! This is INCREDIBLE news! Oh, please!

Is it not true that Michael Schiavo fails to qualify as Terri's guardian? Or have the liberals totally bamboozled me?

Hi, Republic -- thanks for the ping. looking at original story -- out of NY? I wonder what/why their interest.
IIRC this info came out on Terri threads some time in the past . . . that Greer hadn't signed. Do you all remember that?

Alas, the people of FL have spoken. Terri shall die, but George W. Greer shall have ever benefit of every doubt in his favor.
To: freepertoo
No, this is not NEW news, and the people of FL spoke on Aug. 31, when 65 percent said "George W. Greer Forever." No matter what "i"'s George W. Greer failed to dot or "t"'s the monster failed to cross, he is FL's choice. And "democracy" rules!

What about the wording of the oath?

Greer is NOT yet toast and won't be until the Lord Almighty calls for him. The people of FL have absolute confidence in this monster! What FL judge has the courage to tell George W. Greer that all his decisions of the last six years are null and void on a technicality? No, not one. The state of FL could not handle the suits that would result were the popular George W. Greer removed from the bench.
To: Theodore R.
I'm from Florida and am not part of the people of which you speak. There are many others as well.

In previous threads some posted FL state regulations regarding guardianship and specifics on how Michael does not qualify.
One breach is that Michael most certainly has a conflict of interest -- that much is clear to clear-thinking individuals who bother to inform themselves of all the aspects of this case.
