Vanity - Were's the Gallup poll Wolf?

Posted on 10/24/2004 9:33:33 AM PDT by TBBT

I was expecting Blitzer to release the latest Gallup results during his Late Edition show today...

What are they doing, giving Gallup another day to poll on the weekend so that they can show a tight race when they finally release their poll?

It probably shows Bush up by 10 or so, and they just don't want to release it. If it were good news for Kerry, it would have been the lead story.

I watched John Kasich on Fox pull out the bad Bush polls for every battleground state last night, including that bogus Ohio poll that shows Kerry up by 4 in Ohio. Those were the only polls he showed, because he wanted to talk about how Kerry is gaining in the BG states.

John Kasich just makes me ill.

Is he one of Barney Frank's stable boys?

Didn't that happen last week? Somebody noted that if a poll shows good news for Bush it won't be released until after the Sunday morning talk shows.

Ya I don't get these guys - Kasich and Scarborough...

Are they just trying to keep the base from getting complacent or do they have some kind of axe to grind against their own party. Or have they turned to the dark side?

John Kasich is an a** hole who was against President Bush in 2000 and he is against him now.

You need to wonder why this a** hole suddenly get out of politics few years ago when he was a rising star in the GOP.

Some very bad scandal perhaps?

Same goes to Joe Scorborough.

I am so thrilled. I was called Friday night by Gallup! FIRST TIME EVER contacted by a national political poll.

Boy, they ask a lot of "qualifying" and "quantifying" questions...but it was worth it.

Uh, yeah...I'm voting for Bush. :-)

I haven't been able to stand Kasich since his defense of Gary Condit.

About the time the story involving Condit came out, there were rumors of a number of congressmen, Democrat and Republican, were sexually aggressive to the point of being "predatory," in their pursuit of interns. I won't mention any names, but evidently, some of those congressmen are no longer serving.

There is just something about Kasich that makes my skin crawl. I've never seen anybody more snaky in my life.

The Cowgirl's Fox Most Despicable Stakes are a dead heat between Kasich, Juan Williams and Alan Colmes.

Colmes in a close one.

Funny, you should mentioned this. I watched him last night and he was making me livid. I thought he was a conservative Republican ex-congressman from Ohio. Am I wrong here???

He seems to be a parrot for the Dim's talking points and he was quite a downer for the GOP supporters watching the program.

Off topic: What happened to Condit? Did they ever find the girl?

And Kasich's "Heartland" show on Fox is god-awful. He is a horrible host.

I assume that Gallup was the one he was referring to at the beginning of his show. 49-W 46-k. I am not sure though.

Yes, they found Chandra's decomposed body in the same park they searched over and over. At least there was closure for her parents.

Condit and his wife sued the tabloids for millions.

I was actually fooled by Kasich's down home family values act. It's amazing to think that Kasich and Condit first got together at prayer breakfasts.

I don't know his history, but I think you're right that he was a Congressman. All I can say is every time I watch him, particularly last night, his talking points are indistinguishable from those of Juan Williams. The presentation is marginally more intelligent. That should tell you something.
