Looks like I caught a little shrapnel.
Democratic Presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry (news - web sites), D-Mass., looks at his hand in Poland, Ohio after returning from a goose hunting trip Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004. Behind him is Neal Brady, assistant park manager of Indian Lake State Park in western Ohio. (AP Photo/Gerald Herbert)

Kerry 'looked' at his hand after petting the Labrador. I noticed that he looked at his hand afterward and was wiping his fingers together, as if 'eeeuuuuhhh'. One of the things that really creeps me out are Kerry's fingernails. I noticed it first when he saluted at the Democratic Convention. His nails look like a woman's. They're pointy and feminine. Blech.....

Does that goose have an ID or a DNC ad on its wing? Where did the Park Ranger really get it?
The write-ups by reporters on the goosehunt photo-op mentioned Canada Geese flying overhead, and hearing shots fired, but that bird looks like a farm goose. I never saw a Canada Goose with a grey chest.
