God may forgive them but they ought to be brought to justice and get their lives taken for what they did.

Okay, let's get this straight. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

and

The wages of sin is death.

Now that we understand what we are ALL up against, are you willing to be punished for what you have done?

That's generally my first reaction, after seeing "The Killing Fields" and
those buildings full of skeletal remains and photos of the tortured/executed.

BUT...it may be that given the imperfection of the region that guys like
Kerry/Kennedy happily abandoned, the alternative is this...
the area may simply end up being a country full of Sauls/Pauls.

That is...Killers who have had the scales fall from their eyes and will do all
they can in their remaining days to turn away and seek the good.

Please don't color me as naive. This sort of outcome does mean there will be
remaining wolves in this emerging flock. Hopefully the new regime/culture will
deal with them with the sort of justice they never gave their victims.

By the way, this growing movement of Christianity gets discussed occassionally
on the Christian talk station in Los Angeles (KKLA, 99.5FM, especially
on The Frank Pastore Show, M-F, 4-7PM PacTime; live over the web at http://www.kkla.com).
This is a fluid situation; it will be interesting to see if anything resembling
traditional Christianity will become widespread...the place is unsettled
enough that all sort of cultists could manipulate the populace.
