I tell ya - I've got to learn to take it better like most people on this post.

I felt my bloodpressure rise so high (and I'm only 31 years old!) it took a solid 20 minutes to calm down. I finally got to the point where I was yelling at the screen telling that idiot to shut up - and I haven't been that animated since the 2000 post-election ordeal.

Here's the good side - I went over to the Swiftee site and saw several people say that they donated money after seeing O'Donnell's tirade. One even said that they weren't for Bush, but wanted to donate to the Swiftees just because O'Donnell was such a jerk (okay, that's paraphrased)...

On a side note, I'm glad that for this election cycle I will have this place to turn - in 2000 I was glued to Fox News and went into fits after the "regular coverage" ended and they did reruns of the news shows during the late evening hours...

Coincidentally, I had just put up my fansite this week for Joe...I posted the link to the video.

It says "Lawerence O'Donnell Has Meltdown," it's after the spiel on the recent weird show happenings.

The site is:

ScarboroughRocks.com

I invite ya'll to the website, please sign the guestbook and voice your concerns about this craziness! I have sent my email and posted on my website to let my thoughts be known, in a nice, calm way.

What I wouldn't have given to have JOE refereeing that mess!! He would have NEVER allowed O'Donnell to carry on like that. Pat did try, but he wasn't very successful. Joe knows how to handle his guests, and he would not tolerate rudeness like that. I hope his back improves soon, and I am praying for him.

It's possible he didn't even decide to have O'Donnell on so many times, I have seen some say in threads that producers make the decisions about all that. Who knows. MSNBC wanted good TV, at any costs, I think.

There IS a good side, think about this...

On the flip side, if it were actually Joe making all the decisions about who is on, there could be a rationale. Joe is much smarter than many give him credit for. Go with me here.

O'Donnell marks himself as loose cannon with lesbian sex and strange God comments. It's obvious that he's digging himself a hole, they think he has they potential to be milked. This is MSNBC's token conservative show, a liberal meltdown is riveting TV for us.

So they have him on again, further escalating his craziness, and even let him host to keep him happy and playing along, with Joe giving him a good talking to beforehand. Might even cause some Democrats surfing by to tune in. Maybe they do and they are intrigued. All setting him up for the big one.

The bomb doesn't go off the next night, but there's a new Swift Boat ad campaign...we'll have O'Neill on, perfect, that'll put Larry over the edge. Put that with a rehash of the religion, gay, and more Liberal Larry hot button issues...and it could be the final exposing of the combative, rude, twisted true nature of the liberals.

And it works, it happens, right before our eyes a stunning display of insanity, like you pulled the mask off the Democratic party...while Pat plays the high road letting the hanging continue a bit. The right is incensed and we are spurred to get out the word, get out the video, we're posting on the Internet about the crazy liberals who are "unfit" to run our country.

O'Donnell is now forever branded as not just a crazy liberal, but a certifiable lunatic who can't be taken seriously, and people thinking about voting for his party have a rude awakening. And Joe laughs "mwa-ha-ha-ha," rubbing his hands together, plotting his triumphant return. Another SCORE for truth and decency in O'Neill, great publicity for the Swiftees, and horrendo shame for the liberals. And lots of $$$ for Swift Boat ads! Cool.

Ehh...yeah, probably not likely, but hey, one can dream. You never know...
