I'd recommend waiting until after the election, because they're probably pretty busy right about now...

I will wait till after the election and thank you for your advice. I was hoping there was a way to do this online. I'll have to research the How To (smile). Thank you for your kind words to my husband as well. He will be leaving next year for a volunteer deployment to Iraq. Hope to make friends here to get support for when this happens!
