I agree. This was lame.
They spent plenty of time disseminating Sen. Rice-in-the-ass's Vietnam service and then threw is some weird crap about nobody knowing the full story of President Bush's National Guard service. There's all kinds of information out there confirming that President Bush more than fulfilled his Guard obligations.
Amateurish is the perfect word.

I told them that if they thought they had problems with the Dims now, they shouldn't hold their breaths, because they had successfully alienated the larger segment of the population. MOST vets do not like Kerry. During Vietnam, with the draft, that encompasses a LOT of people and their families. The only Viet Vets that support Kerry, according to my hubby (a career soldier, Viet era), are probably REFM's!
It would have been better if they had showed nothing at all! I was willing to stand up for them eternally, if they had just shown some guts----let alone integrity! Once again, with the help of the media, our Vietnam Veterans have been betrayed and victimized!
