Thanks for your post. That picture makes me feel a bit better. I like the way the ship has an oblique angle above/below the weather deck. This will in fact reduce the radar signature. As well as the masts being inclined. Our MAC (masts) were perpendicular to the sea. Although when the ship rolls, as it will, these masts will become perpendicular and thus good radar targets.
Not sure what the major bumps are on the side, my guess is they are for reacting to a rolling motion. Nothing worse than a sea sick Marine.
Are there any verticle stabilizers on this ship?
