And FWIW, the descriptions of the service are correct for an Episcopal church.

Urban Legend - GW is not Catholic...he does not go to a service wtihout heavy security, etc...

I htink we have to be careful not to get to maudlin here about our Bush, we don't need it and it sometimes can be a cheap trick..or viewed as such...

You're right, in that he's not Catholic; but other denominations have communion services, of various stripes (the President is Methodist). From what I've seen in the past, this story is relatively accurate.

You hear these stories over and over. How fortunate we are to have this MAN in charge of our country. It makes my blood boil every time someone mocks him because of his faith. Thanks for sharing. P.S. My Pastor has prayed with him on many occasions and tells us what a Godly man that President Bush is.
