Incredible. John O'Neill is my hero. And what he put up with on MSNBC last night with Lawrence O'Donnell screaming at him calling him a liar, screaming expletives in between insults such as "unfit to publish" -- they had to break to a commercial he was so out of control -- it was NOT TO BE BELIEVED. I don't know if you saw it, but I've NEVER seen anything like it. O'Neill remained cool as a cucumber and it just made us look so so good. O'Neill said something to that very effect, "well, I think Mr. O'Donnel has just demonstrated to the American people exactly the choice they have: angry out of control people screaming at them like Mr. O'Donnell here or reasonable discourse such as our side can offer" It was perfect. Thank you for sharing the speech that wasn't allowed. The time has come. And O'Neill's voice WILL be heard.

Shall a radical minority govern the complacent majority? Shall South Vietnam be governed by the 10% who sympathize with the Viet Cong because they are willing to throw bombs? Shall the government of the United States be dominated by 250,000 people because they are able to appear in Washington? Shall Mr. Kerry and his little group of 1000 embittered men be allowed to represent their views as that of all veterans because they can be mustered anywhere and appear on every news program? I hope not, for the country's sake. Apparently, O'Neill is a prophet too. I wish he wasn't.
Mr.O'Neill is number one on the list that I would be honored and privileged to meet one day.
