Yeah, you are right.
The cops should have sent out "Crowd Control Couselors" to help the kids deal with their "Post Athletic Disappointment Syndrome."
First of all they were celebrating so it wouldn't it be "exhileration syndrome"?.
Second I'm sure the cop who killed her will be getting "stress" time off and grief counseling.
Third the lawyers will sue the crap out of the city and the taxpayers will get the dirty end of the plunger as usual.
