If you have a link to something else I would like - the prohibited missiles discovered by polish troops with bill of lading marks indicating origin in France in 2002 - that would also be SWEET

You are referring to the discovery of ROLAND surface-to-air missiles with the "2003" markings on the launch tubes. These were nothing to do with the manufacturer, but added by the Iraq's. The missiles contained within all had old Aerospatiale manufacturer plates from 1984 and 1987. The Polish armed forces snipped off the manufacturer tags before destroying the missiles in a controlled explosion. None of the Rolands found by either the US or any other Coalition force were found to be other than those supplied to Iraq during the 1980s. Iraq was allowed to have SAMs and ballistic missiles that were to a set range.
