Check out the link in #14

Here is how I have it.

Bush wins Arkansas, Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin...Kerry wins New Mexico, Oregon, Illinois, Maine, New Jersey.

In all I have 5 toss-ups.

Penn, Ohio, Florida, Iowa and New Hampshire.

Under this scenario Bush has won without any of the toss-ups. Is this LA Times thing broken???

Bush- 281, (270 needed to win). Kerry-205 --- 52 electoral votes up for grabs.

See if its the same on your computer.

All I have to say is that if Bush wins Michigan then he's won Ohio, Florida, Iowa, and Pennsylvania.

I think you did not enter your selections as you thought.

I got your results by allocating Florida to Bush. So you only had 4 tossups, PA, IA, OH, and NH.

Kerry gets his 205 from DC, MA, ME, NY, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, WA, OR, CA, NM, IL, MN and HI.

Bush gets his 281 from FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, WV, KY, IN, MI, WI, KY, TN, AL, MS, LA, AR, MO, TX, OK, KS, NE, SD, ND, MT, ID, WY, NV, UT, CO, AZ, and AK.
