Rendell has already decided the PA vote. He will make sure that Kerry wins. Yesterday, we had a controversy about the late absentee ballots going to our servicemen and the worry that their vote won't count. Rendell's election spokesperson said something to the effect that "all of the overseas ballots will be counted, in fact all ballots will be counted." That means that all of the provisional ballots will be counted and all of the spoiled ballots will be counted and all of the Mickey Mouse absentee ballots will be counted, etc. Rendell will produce the votes needed for Kerry to win.
