Don't know about government schools, but I work as a substitute teacher (elementary public schools) and when I've done lunch in the teachers' lounge, that all I hear are complaints amongst themselves about what a burden it is to have to abide by the guidelines and testing. I thnik even their in district and outside teacher publications are negative towards the program too.
