I work in Columbus, Ohio. I held my nose and called the dnc's office to find out where kerry was speaking today. I had one goal in mind and that was to measure the size of his crowd. I've been so amazed at the size of the President's rallys (55,000 near Cincinnati a couple of weeks ago and 23+ thou in Columbus the week before that).

I noticed that the pictures from Kerry's events tend to have a dark backgeound so you can't see the size of the crowds. I think it may be on purpose. Anyway, the dnc phone answer person told me he was speaking to a private audience of scientists and that today's event was NOT a rally and their were no more tickets. Sure would like to hear if his knowledge of science is any better than AlGore's. Probably came to show of the duck he manhandled this morning in NE Ohio.

Kerry knows as much about science and he does about where he stands on any issue. He just sticks his finger in the wind and sees which way its blowing.
