Is that a high school football field?

No, it's Herseypark. I don't know what it's used for, but see the post below yours. The stadium holds 30,000. Also, many of Dubya's recent appearances have been held in stadiums, a fact which also speaks to the size of the crowds he's drawing everywhere.

Actually Hershey Stadium is used by High Schools for State Playoff Games, and some other games where a hugh crowd is anticipated and where area high school local fields are unable to accomodate anticipated crowds.

The field shown in the photo use to be the Home Field for the M. S. Hershey High School Football Team. M. S. Hershey High School now plays at a new facility on the southside of Hershey while Hershey High School still does, I believe, play in the stadium shown in the photo.
