"My guess is he was in full rut and probably seen that line moving out there" If I had a nickle for every time I've got caught in power lines when I was in full rut,...

This could replace the pics of the bunny with pancakes on its head as an answer to meaningless posts.
I have no idea what you're talking about... so here's a picture of a moose stuck in a power line.

How the Hell did this happen? He saw the squirrel running down the power lines and the rest is history!

The meat was donated to a local resident, he said.

did the moose bite anyone's sister ? It may not have been an attack moose!
LMAO at the picture.
Expect a liberal group any day now to try to ban electricity nationwide b/c an animal was killed!
"No more electricity for simplicity!" will be the rallying cry.

Looks like he tried to climb the pole to hide from hunters and it didn't work. Sounds like a Ren & Stimpy Yak episode.

"also mentions that the moose was only up there for a few minutes."
You really believe that? They string miles of wire at a time, had a problem, drove up & down the right-of-way (you saw the picture of the country side) to find the problem and then radio it back in. The winching crew most likely replied "You're S****** me" when they heard what had happened and wanted to come out and see for themselves. Lots of lag time here.
To: kingattax
He's just trying to upstage this deer.

That's pretty funny!
Deer season just started here; I will have to send that to my uncle.
