Gosh, Sharon Stone is stumping for Kerry here in Iowa today.
And it is fairly well known that when she walks into a casting director's office, it takes her about fifteen minutes to "close the deal."

Didn't see MANNY ORTEZ's name on the list. Must be endorsing Kerry.

"Sorry, but the endorsemnts of athletes, actors,or any other "personality" is meaningless to me."
Agreed. In fact, nobody's endorsement of anybody -- athletes, entertainers, politicians, ministers -- means anything to me. I make my choices based on what I see and hear from the candidates and from my own reading.

Do you have a news link that has Dan Marino endorsing President Bush? My step-son would love to read about that.

Its meant for braindeads who dont care about politics but if there is 10 votes who dont care see Elway in the list and say "Cool! Ill vote Bush" then its worth it to the campaign. Both campaign realize this sad fact and are trying to capitalize on it.

Even though I am a Seahawks fan, a long suffering one at that, I always knew I liked Elway for a reason. And thank you MATT HASSELBACK!!!! You Bald headed hero!

Oh, I've no problem with them being rich. They definitely earned the money. It's just that this doesn't break the stereotype that rich people favor Republicans. While their fame will enable them to be heard, I just don't think that we should care about the political views of athletes any more than we should care about the political views of actors.

That's because you are an informed voter. The fact that these guys endorsed Bush is not geared towards you, but to the undecideds.

Most of the atheletes that support Kerry can't vote for him anyway because they are not citizens.

Why are you telling me? I didnt write that.
