No.
Bill and Hillary Clinton, using Janet Reno, fired ALL of the current the Federal prosecutors when they gained power.
They didn't fire all Federal judges.
Best assumption for firing the fed prosecutors was to cover up two or three bribery/foreign pay scandals to democrats that were underway at the time.

Federal Judges are in for life unless they are impeached. Clinton fired all the US Attorneys (unprecedented in American History).
