Kerry will say this is a sign that he will win.>>>>>

Because he is deluded he will imply that. Mark my words.
He'll try and parlay this into some special significant omen.

"This Yankee fan will be rooting for the Sox in the series."

You may be the lone ranger on that one. I can't picture a Yankee rooting for the Sox, ever.

You know, it's
A nice thing to be a good sport and
Not rub it in, even when you
Know the fans of the other team,
Ever mindful of the long rivalry, are
Elated when the Red
Sox lose.

So I'm glad you kept your joy
Under control. You wouldn't want to be
Called a bad sport.
Know what I mean?

Congratulations, Red Sox fans!

Oh probably, but like most things Kerry does it will backfire.

Ok now be honest now. All Red Sox fans who thought bringing Pedro in was madness and that it marked the start of the Yankees comeback to win, raise your hand!

Agree 100%!

To tell the truth, I don't think a lot in Mass actually like Kerry (he hasn't done anything) but liberalism here is 'normal' and the news is so skewed left and the colleges so progressive that they can't bring themselves to vote for Bush.

I've been a season ticket holder since 1978; this will only be my second World Series.

Agreed. It wasn't me! (See the post 116.) I'm trying to be gracious to the Sox fans, while quietly praying for a new, more sinister disaster to await them in the WS!

Congratulations to the Red Sox. This Yankee fan, however, will be rooting for the Cardinals in 6.

My husband literally was pulling his hair when Francona pulled Lowe. All the bad history (Babe, Bucky Dent, Buckner, Boone, Byung-Hyun and last year) just flashed before my eyes.

Tonight was great!!!
