I must have skipped that class where we read it cover to cover. I think his point was that you should get your money back, if they didn't teach you how to use it to look up words yourself! I guess "The Red Badge of Courage" is no longer required reading in junior high school English classes. One of the few books they made me read, that I actually enjoyed. IIRC, that is where I had to look up the word, but that was 40 years ago.

Geez, and I was just starting to like this place.It really is a good place. Sometimes a little senseless bickering just like any family. Tensions are a little high and they are likely to ratchet up even higher between now and whenever we have elected the next President. Your rebuttals have been gracious - take heart.
Sadly, the info in the article has been fairly well known among blog circles for some time. Since the MSM won't touch it, and the Bush camp too civil, it has gone nowhere.
