If this was delivered, what is the status? How can you find out the status of a charge like this?

There must be a clerk or public affairs office with the authority it was filed with.

I don't have a clue at the moment. Would have to search it out. And have a long list of other priorities. Mostly praying about such things is my capacity at present.
