The gist of the many replies, most quite funny IMHO, was to rhetorically ask what job Mrs. Heinz Kerry has ever had, other than spreading her legs for rich men.
Mrs Kerry had a real job...she's a rich widow. Keep on talking witch....just keep on talking. Mr. Kerry would lock her up if she lost all her cash. Keep talking......
