"And, at least the Guardian admitted this was some stupid idea cooked up in a North London pub."

but they wont admit their totalitarian ideology amidst all the 'humor' and stupid bar plans . These people are deluded totalitarians. see posts # 31-34, 38

Believe me I will. The Guardian is a foul anti-American rag. Speaking of foul anti-American rags, I'll try to hit some papers in "la france" as well. I hope others do to!

Ian Katz writes with the simpleton passion of a man who is so genuinely comfortable with the hand of Labour stuck so far up his ass that it could wind his watch...and even then, he wouldn't be able to tell you the time of day.

Finally, there was the special nature of the Anglo-American relationship. .... but aren't we the staunchest and most longstanding of allies? Surely a letter from a concerned Brit would be received more like a plea from an old friend.

No, we have no special relationship with You and your pack of Communists who would subvert our country, just as you are trying to do in Britain. We do however, have a special relationship with those Brits who are our real allies in the War on Terror (you know, those Brits who recognize you for the Commies that you are).

Oh yea, BTW, your feeble attempt at re-posturing your effort to influence a U.S. election as "just a joke" is such a typical liberal knee-jerk defense, that you are the joke.

You got what you deserve, you Communist lap dogs.

We fought a war to get the Brits out of our politics. What gives them a right to tell us how to vote; they don't know the issues.

Maybe a letter-writing campaign to get the Brits to read the Times? I wonder how that would go over?

...a quixotic idea dreamed up last month in a north London pub had morphed into a global media phenomenon complete with transatlantic outrage...

Well, there ya go. I suppose it's too much to expect for a liberal, pub-dwelling, Brit to have learned that schemes fabricated in drunken reverie rarely end up being clever or funny in the light of day.

What a pansy.

No wonder Pres. Bush is trending better than Kerry now. They must have turned a lot of people off Kerry!
