As bad as this is, higher education is not the end of it. You have probably all read about several HS classes being shown Fahrenheit 911, but it has sifted down to the elementary.
Tonight, my daughter in NH, a hotly contested state, called me very upset about her sixth grader's Soc. Studies teacher. Her child has let it be known that his family is Republican. This man, at plymouth Elementary School, Plymouth, NH, has been telling his sixth graders that Bush is against education, has eliminated grants for higher education, and let the automatic weapons ban expire, among other things. Further, since he knows the family affiliation of my grandson, he sneeringly asks if the class Republican has anything to say. If there are other children of Republican families, I guess they are intimidated and don't let it be known.
I told my daughter to call the Supt. tomorrow--not the teacher or principal, but the Supt. and strongly protest. People had better wake up and find out how our children are being indoctrinated with lies from the left. Any suggestions? Should I call, too--I live in another state?
Paint me totally incensed.

Coach your daughter to stand up for herself in class and not be bullied by the teacher. Help her learn the facts to slam that teacher good and embarass him.
Put it on the NH board.
P.S. - I'm also in NH
Also, have your daughter give her kid a tape recorder and record the class....then you have evidence and something to give reporters.
