Maybe he can use the "Mansion Alert System."
If its really bad, he hides in his Idaho mansion far, far, from DC.
A terror alert for the West Coast will have him hightailing it for Nantucket.
He could use each mansion as a code for run, run real fast, run really fast, and holy crap you silly little people are screwed.

Wonderful!! Now this is what I call a rating system. Everyone should get colored bars to wear on their lapel so we can tell who we are dealing with today. For example, I alternate between green and blue most days.
