"...the fights over those provisional ballets will go on for ever."

Well....they can only go on for what....43 days(?)....until the Electoral College meets. So there is a time limit involved. Hence the number of lawyers lined up for both sides. Offense AND defense.

more Ohio counties have as many, or more registered voters as census the projected population.

What really troubles me about these stories is that they are assuming that census estimates of people over the age of 18 are ALL legally entitled to vote? How many alien residents are there in these numbers? How many people over 18 are citizens who are entitled to vote?

The raw numbers are bad enough. When you scale them down to eligibility by citizenship and not just age, then the numbers are even more frightening.

What we aren't hearing is leaks from newly-enlisted
multiple voters who plan to hit dozens of polling
places between now and the end of the day on 02 Nov

But what we are hearing is record early voting...

I live in a small Ohio city. I don't know what the identification procedures are in other counties, but I do not have to show a picture ID to vote; however, I must sign the roll of registered votes and my signature can be compared to my registration signature (if the worker takes time to do it). I'm still not comfortable with the rampant fraud that can result from the federal judge's decision last week that voters do not have to vote in their precinct - just in their county of residence. Praying for a large margin of victory for GWB!

The Republicans neglected the opportunity to punish people who corrupted the voting in 2000. So why shouldn't they do it again? There's little or no risk of punishment, even if Bush wins again. And if Kerry wins, we'll have a new Janet Reno in office.

Ive heard disturbing rumors that the RATS have ordered hundreds of thousands of extra absentee ballots for the swing states only! This really is starting to smell! Here in California we dont have to show ID we only sign our name.I dont know what the rules are for these other states but I think there plan might be, see first how close the election is, then if were ahead they will hold these phoney absontee ballots aside then magically pull them out at the last minute and state LOOK AT THESE ABSENTEE BALLOTS WE FORGOT! KERRY WINS! GOD help us!

This doesn't surprise me. They had PAID FELONS registering voters all over the country. They got paid by the number of voter registration forms they turned in.

The integrity of the election system in America has been compromised by RATS. There is NO way to undo it short of registering the entire country again, and make them appear in person with two forms of picture ID. So, it will NEVER happen. Who ever wins this election will dictate policy in America because of the Supreme Court Judges they appoint. IF it's liberals, we can kiss the Constitution, Bill of Rights and freedom good bye.

Putting the national gaurd at every polling station is a good idea, but please someone come up with a decent idea about how to stop all the phoney absentee ballots from being sent in! How do you trace it? Phoney names, phoney addresses? No return address? How do you catch these cheaters? The only thing I can predict of these hundreds of thousands of made up absentee ballots they will all be for LURCH!

This is a friendly jest: how does one who died notify the county registrar? :-)
Here in NM, they stay on the rolls. Don't want to dis-enfranchise dead people.

Guerilla fraud busting. I want video of a van load of dims getting their cash in the van after voting multiple times. I want that video and their ugly, guilty mugs on FR so they will know that the game is over.

I don't know how it works in other states, but in Calif-
you have to have a valid address to receive a vote pkg &/or absentee ballot request.
Absentee ballots are only counted if the race(s)are close
The back of the absentee ballot must be signed & the Registrar compares it to the sig. on file.
Kinda hard to flip the election w/ just absentees.

It's called voter fraud. (Duh, you knew that I know). Unless someone does something about this, the dems will steal Ohio and whatever other state they've done this in. Things are starting to look bleak, though I do have hope that Bush can carry the state even with voter fraud going on.

Does anyone know if a Republican Congressman or Senator from Ohio has been asked to reverse that stupid order from that Clinton-appointed judge that said people can vote at any precinct as long as it's in the same county? With 2 weeks left to go, I can't believe any GOP politician from Ohio will stand for this!
