U.S. Postal Service Ronald Reagan Stamp Unveiling
Tuesday, November 9th
11:30 a.m. on the South Lawn
On November 9th, the 15th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the USPS is unveiling their newest stamp commemorating President Ronald Reagan. Special guests will include Mrs. Reagan, U.S. Postmaster General John E. Potter and Librarian of Congress, Dr. James Billington. Stamps will be available for purchase starting in mid-February 2005. Visitors are welcome to stand and watch the unveiling ceremony on the Librarys replica South Lawn. This is a free event, no reservations are required.

They are probably going to unveil the design on Nov. 9th.
No, you can't. The stamps.com people stopped issuing personalized stamps with people's faces after they got punked and publicly embarassed by wiseguys creating stamps with notorious criminals, etc.
When the Hillary stamp comes out, people will complain that it won't stick to the envelope. Of course, that's because they had spit on the wrong side.
I'll be buying some of these.
Oh, how nice - I'll be sure to stock up! I rarely use stamps, but will make sure to buy enough to last for years.

Indeed..as good a stamp as you could get. I think I'll be buying some first day covers and other stuff as keepsakes.
