Where is the ACLU?
Strikes me as cry-baby tactics to scream at ACLU when they attack our values and then call for their help when others attack our values.
There are other legal organizations who can help against this kind of stupidity, rather than relying on a known enemy (ACLU).
Landmark Legal Foundation and Southeastern Legal Foundation are two that come to mind.
