Oh trust me firsthand, I know...I was watching the game with a Yankee fan tonight (I am neutral cause I am a Braves fan) and he was throwing stuff on that call and got mad at me for agreeing with the umps call. He left immediately after the game, pissed off. It was not a pretty sight.

If the Massachusetts Liberal Darling Red Sox make the series, they will lose to the team from Texas, the Houston Astros. Just like Kerry will lose to Bush. You heard it hear first.

The Panthers were a bunch of pretenders who got lucky in three playoff games, especially with Mike Martz throwing the game away with the Rams. Those were their only wins against competitive teams all year in 2003. 11 other wins were against teams with losing records.

Admittedly, I am a Yankee hater AND a Red Sox hater but you really have to give credit where credit is due. Those Red Sox have heart that just won't quit. Schilling has heart without limits.
However, I'll have to pull for the Astros in the Series.
Well heck he spent one day on a 10 minute rant about a catcher for the sox that he admired. Problem was that catcher doesn't play for the sox and never has.

F-em is my response. The rule book says you are not allowed to swat at the fielder's glove. A-Rod did a major queen slap with his left hand on Arroyo. And, the home run was legit. The Yanks are too good of a team to need to win on bad calls.
