Paratore said Mackris was no stranger to unwanted sexual advances — she'd frequently made them on him at his restaurant, North West, Green said.

"He [Paratore] said he was the object of her sexual propositions, sexual rants and drunken propositions," Green said, including once when she allegedly started taking off her clothes.

"If you think I'm going to f - - - Bill O'Reilly, I'm going to f - - - you even more," Paratore quoted her as saying, according to Green.

Paratore also said that earlier this year, Mackris had dinner at his restaurant with Franken, who featured O'Reilly in his book, "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them."

O'Reilly sued Franken over the book, but the suit was tossed. To further stick it to "The O'Reilly Factor," the liberal Franken named his Air America radio show, "The O'Franken Factor."

According to the affidavit, during their dinner, Mackris boasted to restaurant staffers that she and Franken "share a common political belief" which was contrary to O'Reilly's, who's been labeled a conservative although he says he's an independent.

Paratore said that over time, Mackris' drunken antics got to be too much, and he banned her from the bar, Green said.

O'Reilly has always been about 65-70% right on and 30-35% nutball. At least this is demonstrably better than Ross Perot's 50% right on/50% nutball quotient.

People need to be careful to support the positions that make sense and not the person in such cases.

Otherwise, you will look like a partial nutball too.

I'm not gonna defend BOR *but* I'd prefer that he be exonerated purely because, to many Americans, he represents FoxNews.
His is "the face" associated with them in the minds of most.
I do -not- want FoxNews damaged because of all this.
Fox is the only station that gives us an even break.
[in spite of the liberal slant, of late]
That's what I believe all of this is really about; destroying Fox.

"Fox News is owned by News Corp., which also owns The Post."

I do not like BOR. I hope they fire him and give the spot to Tony Snow.

"He [Paratore] said he was the object of her sexual propositions, sexual rants and drunken propositions" AND "before she was barred for loud, lewd and indecent behavior at the beginning of the summer." WOW! Doesn't appear like the psycho Ms Mackris needs any protection from any men here...its is us poor men who need protection from the seemingly perpetually horny Ms Hotpants..erm..Mackris, who it appears knows what she wants, and is not too shy to go grab what she wants either, if you'll pardon the pun! Hehehehehehehehehehehe!!

Wouldn't it be fitting if they ended up in the same cell together? They deserve each other.

boasted she had written a book to "take [him] down" — months before she went back to work for him, a witness swore yesterday.

Andrea Mackris also bragged that she was good buddies with O'Reilly's arch nemesis — Air America talk show host Al Franken

It doesn't surprise me at all. When she and her attorney appeared on a talk show, her demeanor was that of a person "half a bubble off plumb".

NEWS FLASH: EVERYONE'S political beliefs are contrary to O'Reilly's at some point. The only one who's 100% O'Reilly is O'Reilly and even then it varies.

For the life of me, I'll never understand Franken's obsession with O'Reilly. A lifetime in show business and he never met a prima donna before?

Al Franken is as dishonourable as the rest of the leftists; He can't win within "fair play" boundaries, so he bags a floozie to do his dirty work.

If these two idiots are in cahoots then the FCC should revoke Frankenweenie's liscence. It's one thing to criticize Bush-even he has that right. Libel and defemation of character have real world consequences.

This is another field play in the homosexual agenda to control the Free Press and the "mavericks" outside of the MSM.

Whether you like Bill O'Reilly or not, handing this one over the to the homosexual activists will be a serious blow to the anti-MSM media.

Quit your whining, people, and pick your side.

Why are we trying to defend Bill O'Reilly?

Maybe because black-mail and extortion are bad? So is setting someone up for a fall?

And even if he IS a moron who let himself get involved in this nonsense post Monica-gate, and even if he IS an Independant, the laws are there to protect EVERYBODY!

O'Reilly's a vain fool (and I feel bad for his wife) but the woman doing this is far worse in my opinion

Al Franken is a blatant homosexual. First he targeted Dr. Laura, then Bill O'Reilly. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to find he had something to do with Rush Limbaugh's housekeeper...

Who's next? Based on ratings, that would be Sean Hannity or Arnold Schwarznegger, perhaps.
