Anybody have any idea why WABC Radio streaming audio is down?
It is up.
Because its broke.
My work here is done.....
I was home on leave in Sep04 from Guam in NJ...WABC used to be a Top 40 station when I was a kid, now it's talk radio competing with WOR. There are so many FM stations now in NYC/NJ you can't keep track of them. Whatever happened to good 'ol Cousin Brucie? "It's now #1 on 77 WABC!!" Semper Fidelis!!
Cuz mine is better and they shut down in shame!

They are frequently down for long periods of time without reason. They have the best station with the worst streaming that I know of. Really rinky-dink.
It's back up.
I'm listening right now. Working fine here--by stream, of course--I'm in TX.
When I listen to it, it cuts in and out constantly. I guess it just transmits intermittently.
Bush's fault.
He broke it.
Streamers:
WABC radio streamers. The station has the incorrect code on their web page to launch the player. This will cause it not to stream for you. They have been notified and will correct the problem ASAP.
Thank you in advance for listening!
