Been some "hopeful" ideas posited here which need to be brought into focus.

1st: Israel cannot launch an airstrike against Iran without U.S. and Iraqi complicity. Jordan might be too stupid to notice a flight of bombers violating its airspace, but no one will believe Iraq and the U.S. didn't notice them flying all the way across Iraq.

2nd: Cruise missiles launched from the Indian Ocean are NOT going to take care of this problem. It's going to require heavy, heavy ordnance- think MOAB. And probably more than one hit on each buried site.

3rd: since a large majority of Iranians are pro-U.S., they won't be outraged at an american attack if these sites are not near civilian population centers. And perhaps they will understand even if they are.

We shall see. So many things going on that could shape the future of the world.
