Just like using his military service as a key part of his campaign, he made his being a Catholic a political issue. When his record of military service was called into question, he choose not to discuss or debate those raising the questions but sending out his surrogates to argue it was not relevant. Expect the same here.

I Bet Kerry's praying he doesn't get Cardinal Ratzinger as Pope Pius XIII. I'm praying he does.

I was raised Catholic but I'm not attending services now so I'd hardly call myself one. My mom's the same way, yet we both agree: Every time Kerry says 'I'm a Catholic' it makes our skin crawl. NO WAY are we voting for this sorry SOB.

This should just about wrap up the undecided atheist vote for Kerry. All four of them.

Be a Catholic or don't be a Catholic. It's a free country. But, Mr. Kerry, do not redefine Catholicism for Catholics or you'll get kicked out.
Good on the Pope.

Catholics don't tithe. I guess Monsignor didn't get the memo.
We're expected to tithe - 5 percent to the parish, 1 percent to the archbishop's appeal, 4 percent to other charities.

Not the word we get over here in San Francisco.
Maybe the local Archdiocese has enough rental income.

Wow, guess the AB isn't real keen on participation of the laity, eh?

Kerry has a religious affiliation.
The Cult of Kerryosophy.

I don't imagine the Kerry's tithe 10% anyway. Oh well. I'm willing to bet they don't tip 10% either
